Job Description

  5. Drawing reading

Qualifications

Production Supervisor (PD.1) (1 Position)

Job Description

  1. Develop production plans in collaboration with the planning department.
  2. Control production processes to ensure adherence to production plans.
  3. Manage production costs for each process to meet Cost Standards (Cost STD).
  4. Review daily production reports, track efficiency and effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Train, evaluate, and guide subordinates to meet established standards.
  6. Review, control, and approve 4M/ECN and keep updates current.

Production Supervisor (PD.3) (1 Position)

Job Description

  2. Implement company policies, regulations, procedures, and documentation clearly, ensuring alignment with the quality management system as per company certifications.

Die Supervisor (1 Position)

Job Description

  1. Work closely with the production team and monitor the performance of molds after repair.
  2. Responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of molds.
  3. Inspect repaired molds to ensure they are ready for production.
  4. Understand the processes for testing and developing molds.
  5. Analyze mold-related issues systematically.
  6. Perform mold repairs as assigned by the supervisor.
  7. Execute assigned tasks to support the production of parts, improvements, and cost reductions.
  8. Coordinate with the team responsible for mold repairs using essential tools.
  9. Monitor projects and ensure all work procedures are thoroughly documented by supervisors and trainees.
  10. Identify issues, provide solutions, and recommend adjustments to tools.
  11. Develop work plans, including training plans for employees.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

Jig Fixture Design Engineer (1 Position)

Job Description

  1. Have the authority to supervise, decide, diagnose, direct, assign tasks, control, resolve issues, suggest, and improve work within the area of responsibility.
  2. Study and understand company policies, directives, and regulations to implement them rigorously, serving as a good example for subordinates while maintaining a positive attitude toward professional duties, coworkers, and the company to foster team unity.

JIG Technician (1 Position)

Job Description

QC Technician (1 Position)
